We make every effort to present real photos, fabric introductions and size guides for our shirts, tops, midi dresses and bottoms. However, slight color differences may exist between the online picture and physical clothing, due to varying screen calibration, lighting during shooting and display hardware. Minor color variance will not be treated as product defects. Our size charts are for guidance only. Body shapes differ greatly between individuals, and we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every buyer. We strongly advise customers to read our size guide carefully before placing orders.

4. Payment and Chargeback Guidelines

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay for transactions. All payment operations are handled by licensed third-party payment service providers. Our server will not permanently save complete card numbers or security codes. When you submit your order, your payment instrument will receive a pre-authorization hold to verify available funds. Within the scope permitted by applicable law, our total compensation liability for any claim generated from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
